Think of the client portal as your virtual office visit, giving you 24-hour access to your financial information. You can even use this paperless system to securely upload the data you need to share with our professionals, ensuring a timely response to your business needs.

All communications between our firm and the user are encrypted using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL). This is the same functionality used by banks and popular e-commerce services for secure communication. We also store your files encrypted when they are at rest on our servers, adding an additional layer of security. To protect against data loss, our servers are equipped with technology that automatically mirrors all data in real-time to two separate locations. Regular incremental and full backups of all system data are performed, including off-site data backups stored in two separate secure physical locations, to protect against almost all disaster scenarios.

Jeff Nibbelink, Audit & Accounting Partner

CPA, MBA

Jeff oversees our Rock Valley office and as a partner, manages the finances of the firm. Jeff assists client in identifying efficiencies and reaching their maximum profitability with the assistance of our accounting, auditing, and taxation expertise; he strives to exceed client expectations.

Jeff values working in a business where change is a constant and appreciates the variety of professional challenges that this presents. He particularly enjoys interacting with clients, colleagues, and the community.

Kevin Nibbelink, Accountant

Kevin is a generalist in the Rock Valley office. His responsibilities range from compilations, reviews, and audits to individual and entity tax planning and preparation. Kevin is also a Quickbooks ProAdvisor. He enjoys the wide variety of work assignments and various industries with which he is involved.

Brenda Postma, Accountant

Brenda's practice areas are individual and entity taxation, as well as preparation of financial statements. Brenda is a member of the firm's tax team; she particularly enjoys helping clients with their needs, and the continual challenge and satisfaction of attaining a deeper level of knowledge and expertise with each passing year.

Joni Feenstra, Administrative Assistant

Joni is an administrative assistant with the firm. Her days consist of answering the phones, setting up new clients and appointments, assisting clients at the front counter, preparing payrolls and bank reconciliations, and various other duties that keep our Rock Valley office running smoothly. Joni enjoys the fast pace at the firm, and she is grateful for the opportunity to work with our talented team.
